Calm Money OS™ is a brand operated by Cae Industries, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Everything we sell is digital — there are no physical shipments. This page explains how and when each type of purchase is delivered. If anything doesn’t arrive as expected, email hello@calmmoneyos.com and we’ll make it right.
One-time digital products (such as downloads, guides, and toolkits) are delivered immediately after successful payment. Depending on the product, you’ll receive access on the confirmation page, by email, or through a secure download link. Download links may expire after a period of time for security — if your link expires, contact us and we’ll refresh it.
Subscription products are activated after your first successful payment and remain available while your subscription is active. Access details are sent to the email address used at checkout.
For live workshops, your confirmation page and/or email will include the date, time, and joining details (such as a meeting link). If joining details are sent separately, they are delivered to your checkout email before the event start time.
Booked sessions are delivered at the scheduled appointment time. For custom work (such as personalized AI solutions or video services), delivery timelines are confirmed with you directly by email after your intake form or booking.
First, check your spam or promotions folder and confirm the email address used at checkout. If you still can’t find your delivery, email hello@calmmoneyos.com with your order details and we’ll resend your access as quickly as possible — usually within one business day.
